Discussion Guys I need help for orthodontics

So i have a unhealthy first molar that most likely needs to be extracted but I'm just curious if I will be recessed if I extract it because I'm getting Damon braces and elastics to fix bite because Herbst isn't avallible in my country so idk if elastics can prevent recession

But my teeth are too cooked to not get braces tho,also have you researched this,idk if you know but it's a lingual holding arch and cloud the ortho maybe extract and then put the braces and this holding arch but leave the second molar alone and then pull the second molar in place of the first one and then the third molar cloud grow in the spot of the second one?idk if this can work like this but I'm supposed to go to a consultation with a new ortho cuz my old one sucked

even if your teeth are very bad never extract
