True, but if there is a whole section for mewing I dont think a section for gymceling would be impossible.
But of course there would have to be a demand.
 
if ur just starting at the gym just focus on doing compound movements and increasing the weight everytime you work out (VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!)
there's no denying that bro splits could be better than full body workouts, but the increase in effectiveness is too little to outweight spending twice the time at the gym, it's just not worth it for a regular gymcel
that's the key for easy and fast gains, all you need to know to max out noob gainz

workout programs are a meme ngl. if you lift heavy you gain muscle unless your T levels are undetectable, its literally inevitable

and ogremaxxing is the only diet you should follow, no need for other diets ngl
