Brushing Carefully
Being gentle when brushing your hair is important for avoiding breakage.

Use a brush with flexible bristles to detangle your hair. Start at the ends to prevent pulling. Avoid brushing wet hair since it’s more fragile and can can lead to breakage.

Hair Wash and Treatment Routine
Washing your hair 3-4 times a week is enough. over washing can remove your hair of its natural oils, leading to dryness.

Shampoo: Look for moisturizing sulfate-free shampoos, which are gentler on your hair and scalp. Focus on massaging your scalp to clean it well without irritating your hair.

Conditioner: Always follow up with conditioner to keep your hair smooth and hydrated.

Hair Masks/Treatments: Once a week, or when needed, apply a hair mask or treatment to give your hair a deeper boost of hydration and repair.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals
Chemicals like perms, hair dye, and bleach can weaken your hair over time, leading to dryness and breakage. If possible, try to avoid these treatments or limit how often you use them. If you do color or treat your hair with chemicals, make sure to give it some time to recover between treatments, and follow up with nourishing treatments to keep it healthy.

Heat
Heat styling tools like straighteners, curling irons, and blow dryers can damage your hair if used too often. It’s best to avoid them when you can. You can switch heat hairstyling to heatless ones, but if you need to use them, always apply a heat protectant spray or serum before. This helps protect your hair from the high temperatures and reduces the risk of damage.

Hair Treatments
Deep conditioning treatments: provides intense moisture and help repair damaged hair. Use one aroun once a week or whenever your hair feels dry.

Hair masks: Similar to conditioners but more powerful, these treatments provide extra nourishment and repair.

Protein treatments: These are useful if your hair is damaged, as they help restore strength and prevent breakage.

Keratin treatment: Its a hair treatment that smooths and straightens hair by replenishing its natural keratin protein.

Hair oiling
Its the process of massaging natural oils into the scalp and ends of your hair. Oiling your hair is a great way to keep it nourished and strong.

Some of the best oils are:
Coconut oil: Helps moisturize and strengthen your hair by preventing protein loss.
Argan oil: It has antioxidants, which adds shine and helps with hair elasticity.
Jojoba oil: Mimics the natural oils of your scalp.
Castor oil: Encourages hair growth and thickening hair.
Olive oil: Adds smoothness and nourishes both the scalp and hair.

Benefits of Oiling:
Helps promote hair growth by improving blood circulation in the scalp.
Keeps hair moisturized, shiny, and less prone to frizz.
Nourishes dry or damaged hair, leaving it feeling softer and healthier.
Moisturizes the scalp, preventing dandruff and itchiness.

Treatments for Hair Loss

Minoxidil: Its an FDA-approved topical treatment that helps stimulate hair growth.

Hair oils and serums: Massaging your scalp with oils like castor or rosemary oil can promote healthy hair growth.

Supplements: Vitamins like biotin, vitamin D, and zinc support hair health and strength

so js rehydrate it. Low toxin hair is very important component
if youre going to use a shampoo that causes hair dryness everytime you wash your hair, hair treatments wont be enough, and applying too much products such as conditioners on your scalp can cause dandruff.
its good to use It once in a while tho

Is that enough?
is your hair curly, straight or wavy? If Its curly or wavy, you can probably wash your hair like 2-3 times a week, If its straight you should probably wash It 3-4 times.
