I eat high fat mid protein low carb but alot of female diet coaches say to eat low fat high carb, is that more effective? When I eat like that I normally get rlly bitchy and feel sick but it just be cuz my protein isnt getting distributed as quickly with less fats, also worth to mention I do not eat a bunch of saturated fats, I normally eat about 70g unsaturated fats and between 13-20g saturated fats.

u havent seen her
Literally when ppl have seen me they thought i weighed less, are you talking about photos of me before I lost weight?

i dont need to, starving is not worth it for the short term results it brings. omad would be better and still help her lose weight quickly and efficiently
I normally OMAD or ill eat a snack if I feel lethargic my main concern is my body fat has increased lately so im thinking about changing my macros

if ur worried about bf%, you dont need to worry about carbs or saturated fats, you need to do a high protein diet

I eat medium protein because high protein is hard for me

i see isee
the only thing that will lower bf% is ur protein, also lifting weights like 3-4x a week
I was able to maintain it for awhile without lifting weights and I eat around 40% protein 40% fats 20% carbs but the volume ive been eating is less
