Info Height update

Any current things you are doing, or just natty heightmaxxes/reaching genetic cap
Im still growing as well, need to keep my cortisol down though, Im going to cut like crazy, lean is law for heightmaxx pretty sure

Natty right now I just hang from a bar to help prevent spine compression also standing upright all day

Its hella cope, but i avoid sitting down, i either lay down or stand up

What do you plan on doing to heightmaxxing
Not gonna bother with drugs likely, parents would never buy (stingy on money) , + i dont want to risk becoming even androgenic
I'm going to leanmax so i dont risk early growth plate closure, not starving but ye
Then Ill continue consuming fuck ton of protein, calcium, and sugar/goyslop (lossus method type shit). natty methods seem cope but from my anecdotal evidence it seems valid, as long as i avoid certain shit foods that are estrogenic
Just natty stuff tho fr, sleeping sun yap etc

Banded sleeping also + swimming that's how that one russian guy grew 3 inches at 23

My dad would consume so many calories just to stay in the sport wouldnt recommend

Sure they were probably also lacking food , but im sure the muscle use played a role
Ill just do similar cardio, have my body adapt and then do track in the spring

The higher testosterone and other things I don't the exact reason I forgot but it does maximize height if done correct not like a bodybuilder or anything

actual free test doesnt go up
just save gymcelling for after puberty tbh
