hellloo! intro + looking for some opinions

Trying to get some different opinions on myself. I’m 5’6 & bmi around 20. In the first pic im wearing concealer and eyeshadow. My biggest concern is my fuckass lopsided eyes. Like genuinely I don’t know how to possibly fix this??? its not even a droopy eyelid like the actual tops of my eyes are just completely different. is there anything ??
I’m on tret, dapsone, and doxycline for my skin I ik it’s not the best. thinking about growing my hair out, changing up eyebrows, different glasses? Just wanted some opinions!
