Hi everyone,
I’m a 17-year-old guy from the Netherlands. I joined this forum because I want to improve myself. I often feel neglected at school and in public, so I’m actively looking for ways to become stronger both physically and mentally.
Stats:
Strength Training:
I’ve been going to the gym for about 3 years, but I’ve had multiple breaks due to a broken wrist and later a broken shoulder.
Current lifts:
I’ve been running for a while, but I’m considering reducing cardio for looksmaxxing purposes. My times:
Skin:
I’ve had acne on my back for 3-4 years (likely hormonal) and some persistent acne on my face, mainly on the sides of my head.
Supplement Stack:
I’ve started a supplement stack and would appreciate feedback:
Peptides Stack:
I’m also planning a peptide stack and would like feedback:
I’m open to tips and suggestions to improve my physique, appearance and stacks

Strength Training:

- Bench Press: 105 kg
- Deadlift: 175 kg
I’ve been running for a while, but I’m considering reducing cardio for looksmaxxing purposes. My times:
- 5 km: 19:53
- 10 km: 51:27

- Zinc Picolinate
- Vitamin D3 (at least 4000 IU daily)
- Magnesium Glycinate
- Omega-3 (EPA/DHA ratio 2:3, total 1000–2000 mg daily)
- Creatine 5g daily
Peptides Stack:
I’m also planning a peptide stack and would like feedback:
- GHK-Cu
- CJC-1295 (without DAC)
- Ipamorelin
- IGF-1 DES
- Selank and Semax, I don’t plan to use these constantly, only occasionally for social events or possibly forschool.
I’m open to tips and suggestions to improve my physique, appearance and stacks
