help me fix my body

i am 14 years old and i started the gym only 2 months ago. I dont really have a dream physique or anything i just dont want to look fat anymore. i guess just get lean and chase after aesthetics. please tell me what to improve on and give me some helpful tips and workouts i should start doing. thank you (yes i know i probably look dumb in the photos bellow)IMG_20231103_180637_943.jpg20231103_165714.jpg
 
you need more muscles, your bod looks meh and sub5

arms look fine

i've been told pushups and situps are bad for you so you need something else. Pushups are ok but you have to use a special technique to do them correctly

as a calisthenics athlete i can tell that pushups are really great and different variations allow you to build a great chest , and situps suck , there are way better exercises to build you core

tbh with you , focus on shoulder to waiste ratio coz you look androgynous asf
 
I dont want to say this motivational shit but it will help you as it has helped me. Try to workout and love the process. Don't workout for the outcome. If you stick to this and stay disciplined, you will never look like a goofy gay ass n***a as you are looking rn.

Escuchame soy atleta de calistenia llevo entrenando 4 años y escucha

Tienes 4 pack genetica
Tienes los pechos caidos
Tienes grasa corporal
Empieza antes de entrenar la alimentacion
Tu fisico es un 60% alimentacion y 40% Entrenamiento
Empieza por Hacer sobrecarga progresiva y empieza ah entrenar esos hombros para dar mas estetica y quemar esa grasa abdominal
En tu caso aria 3 veces pecho ah la semana convinando ejerficios de calistenia como de gym
Y ah esa espalda pulela para dar estetica exterior .

ts is NOT true (situps are ass) but pushups are one of the best exercises for chest growth. Your literally working against gravity lol
