GLP-1s to nuke appetite (pinning): sorry it's pinning but it's way safer and easier than taking anavar for some shit-- get a hold of a glp1-agonist (i reccomend mounjy). reta is the least safe obv due to the lack of testing. godsend for cutting.
your appetite will be gone and your body can access fat for energy more easily. titrate up dose if needed but dont be stupid about it. no other supps are necessary to maintain muscle (unless ur going into the single digits.) just run a GLP-1, eat a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, lift weights 2-3x a week, and keep c*lories as low as possible. search up Lyle McDonald's PSMF.
DNP to burn c*lories (oral): if you dont give a fuck about your own life or health yet you hate pinning and want to get lean, DNP comes in tablet form. it forces your body to burn a bunch of c*lories from heat and you'll lose a ton of weight. it's also unpredictable, toxic, super uncomfortable, and has a very high chance of killing you. frankly i dont recommend it and never plan to try it.
anavar for muscle (oral): i dont run steroids but this is usually touted as a go-to oral to start with since it's less androgenic (causes less hair loss etc.) it will make you put on muscle like crazy. keep in mind it's still a steroid and you will still get heart enlargement, possible infertility, libido issues, addiction, fatigue if you hop off, etc. but you will get jacked fast.
that said, if ur 69kg and 5'10 as a guy i doubt you need any of this stuff yet. it sounds like ur an absolute beginner to training. if you're hopping on steroids without touching a weight in ur life that's pretty foolish. frankly at this weight you should have the newbie gains that will let you put on muscle like crazy if you just run a recomp. these drugs are here as last resorts when you have truly exhausted all your other options and are not without varying risks.
