High set masseters 😞

Idk if thats the definition but my masseters are so high set, it's right below my zygomatics to when I clench my face gets very round. Is there any solution, like surgery.

high set masseters can make a face look more narrow and angular in profile. some people consider this attractive or balanced as part of a strong jawline.
