This is including my microstrain via torsion method and banded sleeping (tension method)
The banded sleeping actually only works for people with open plates in their knees, theres actually a lot of hope.

@Wilk @quepasta
I asked chatgpt for computational efforts regarding an average tibia being around 15.25 inches.
basically heres the computation
L = 15.25 # initial length
initial_microstrain = 1000
progressive_overload = 0.05
sessions_per_week = 3
weeks = 52
tensile_stress_effect = 0.0007625 # additional growth per week due to tensile stress

for week in range(1, weeks + 1):
current_microstrain = initial_microstrain * (1 + progressive_overload) ** week
percentage_change = current_microstrain * 0.01 / 100
length_change = sessions_per_week * percentage_change * L
total_weekly_change = length_change + tensile_stress_effect
L += total_weekly_change

print(f"Final length after 1 year: {L:.4f} inches")

Approximate Results:
For 3 sessions per week: The tibia could lengthen by approximately 0.295 inches.
For 5 sessions per week: The tibia could lengthen by approximately 0.510 inches.
Final lengths:

3 sessions/week: Approximately 15.545 inches
5 sessions/week: Approximately 15.760 inches
HGH can actually possbily accelerate these length big % chnages also just natural growth too. Bone Remodelling is still biologically active, so progressive overload is needed. Just with these two methods over 5 sessions a week with progressive overload, 3.34% change in bone after a year is yielded. Now there's a genetic and biological limit just due to varying bone structures and bone remodelling so over a decade the percent changes can drop pretty big.

To sum it up,
HGH + asin
Dynamic torsional loading w/o compressive forces
Vibration therapy
Banded sleeping

All these things can be used for puberty height maxxing w/ open plates

Even better for longer bones due to Greater bases already

let’s fucking go

I have been banded sleeping recently and combined with my normal growth pattern it has given pretty good results, I am gaining around .15-.2 inches per month. Not on HGH yet but when I hop on I’m sure the velocity will increase even more

Thank you @osteochondromyxoma

Will banded sleeping also fix posture I have been sleeping on my stomach my whole life so going to start sleeping on my back with bands Will this correct posture?
it will help your posture, but it will be hard to switch your sleeping habits, especially with bands pulling on you which will be uncomfortable for the first few weeks. You can try to do this with the help of a sleep supplement like melatonin or glycine, trust me it will help.

Thank you going to use glycine since melatonin doesn't work that well for me

Posture can be fixed via stretching, glucosamine, msm and light exercise + focusing on back workouts which can Pull you more upright.

can i do this on my stomach
also what happens if i i am in danger and i am stuck to the bed /j
unfortunately i cant get hgh or asin. i only have vitamin D supps which my mom allows. does this mean recovery is longer for the torsional exercises?

I dont see how posture would change the tensile forces of it. Any Idk about danger just make sure they're easier to strap on and off. Asin will just keep the plates open longer but has no effect on recovery time. HGH does though as it speeds and increased cell reproduction and regeneration. Without HGH recovery time may take longer depending on your genetics dealing with skeletal remodelling. If you take 30k iu or intake it from the sun and diet then it should improve recovery. Just keep in mind Bones take way longer to have any changes that you can see unless you use a stadiometer and measure MM.

I'd stick to 3 times a week at first then after maybe 3 months to half a year u can start ramping up the intensity and frequency as your bones will become denser meaning you have to inflict more microstrain.

Some more theoretical math for this, essentially for 12cm a year or so or 4.7 in, we need around 150 lb. Again depending on your bone geometry, density, length, thickness and other various factors, you may need to drop or add force to get this amount of growth. This can be damaging to blood vessels and other tissue, 50-85 lbs is a moderate and safer force you can use over months and years. 1724719530909.png

You can probably genuinely add a couple more inches with this with correct resistance and time.

This is genuinely a breakthrough

good work to everyone who helped devise this method

any proven examples of people who did this and succeeded?

how do i do banded sleeping and the other techniques bro? help me out pls

Did anyone get results by doing this??

Did anyone get results by doing this??
My growth velocity per month tends to be faster when I am doing this, but there are a lot of other factors involved so take it with a grain of salt. I say that as long as you still fall asleep easily then it can’t hurt.

n***a how the fuck did this cope method make it to mustread wtf is this forum bruh even .org aint this bad

I thought entire point of banded sleeping make the plates open or some shit, unrelated with pubertymaxxing as the plates are already open.

As for banded sleeping, how the fuck u guys make sure you don't overdo it and fuck up your legs permanently?
