I’m 22. 5’11 155lbs. I’m aware of my baby face. I’m pretty lean and tend to carry more fat in my face as well. I always have carried more fat there. Where can I improve, help me out. Also, rate if you’d like. Thanks

I'd say debloat and I don't have a source for what to do for your eyes but I'd recommend you looking into something for eyebag reduction. 👍

I work night shifts…. 11pm-8am. Not sure if that has anything to do with eyes, I’m sure it does. Debloat to tighten face up and make it less puffy? I’ve got a baby face and tend to carry more fat in my face. I always have. Just curious.

Yeah night shift sucks I try to get some rest during the day at least 5 hours which can be challenging. With debloating it is for puffiness but mostly for that hollow cheek effect. I recommend potassium like bananas and coconut water and lots of water in general.
