HGH will only work if ur growth plates havent fused, got a lot ot side effects that should be monitored, u should get some blood tests for testing for IGF-1 levels, id say 0.3-0.4 units per kilogram per week!!

Yeahh defo, i think sometimes they sell HGH in gym supplement shops, idk how it is each country but i certainly found steroids and peptides at the back of a gym supplement store (they js never tell u it)
