How can I fix my posture and make it stay?

I have I little neck bump and asymmetrical shoulders (one is straight and other one is round) and I also see in my mandible where one is almost perfect ideal and the other isn’t (i heared it’s connected and I also think so cuz sometimes both of my shoulders r round where my mandible i js chopped)

Train also the upper back far more than chest and front delts
