How can i get higher cheekbones ?

Before you tell me to mew, i am currently mewing, and been mewing for 4-5 months. I also do face massaginf to hightlight cheekbones but i dont think there is any difference. Can you tell me omething else to try ? (except ropemaxx)
 
Cheekbones are one of the hardest things on your face to improve, which is ironic because they’re probably the most important, bone smashing is super high-risk but high reward, I’d recommend just looking into getting cheekbone implants
