Main Problems:
Your masseter muscles are too large. Your chin is slightly too tall. Your midface/maxilla is quite retruded and too clockwise. This makes your mandible recessed (shifted downward and backward) and and causes negative orbital vector, flat cheeks, and flat side profile. Eye area is OK. Your lips are not wide enough.

Small Solution (Minimally Invasive) (Do First):
- Try masseter botox, and if it does not work you need jaw shaving
- Commissuroplasty
- Fat grafting for the under eyes, lips, and nasolabial area

Large Solution (Invasive) (Do After if Still Not Satisfied):
- High cut Bimaxillary Osteotomy with Counter-Clockwise Rotation and possible Maxillary Impaction
- Infraorbital Rim Implants
- Jaw shaving (Chin and Gonions) (or do Genioplasty for chin)
