Hey Everyone,

To preface, I hate people that just say "Drink water". Please don't.
ust wondering if anyone could give me a plan to fully ascend and reach my potential? I've heard all the generic "oh wash your face" shit in the past. I really need clear set instructions.

My username is from 2023 btw, don't be a hater.

For reference, I'm 14 years and 2 months old, 5'10 (178cm), 72kg (~158lbs) and 24% body fat,

take ghrps if you wanna increase your height by lil and increase bone mass but other than that you're chilling because you'll naturally start to look better as you grow older

you can prevent that by taking dht blockers after turning 17 but please do not take them before 16 because it'll stunt your dick growth im speaking from experience

eating in a slight surplus and making sure its high in protein (at least 0.8g per pound of bw)
