why is masseter hypertrophy the end goal? a stronger larger masseter muscle is heavily correlated with a more forward grown jaw and more space for teeth, that is the only reason i advocate for chewing tough foods. hypertrophy in facial muscles is not the end goal in my approach, its just strengthening those muscles/stretching themOnly 20 mins of excessive chewing is literally not doing anything, find sgudies if you want, if you want to get masseter hypertrophy you are GOING to develop tmj issues, which will eventually stop you from chewing that hard and you will lose all gains
