I’m 147 and 45-47kg and my calorie intact is 1210 to 1260. I do sports (MMA, track, gymnastics) probably 5 times a week so I have decent muscles but I’m not very lean looking. My arms and legs look pretty good but for some reason my torso is off. my torso is more rectangular and I wanna know how to change that. it’s also shorter than my legs so I look fat in a lot of shirts I wear.

there is no way you’re on a 1260cal diet. Thats like ED level, especially for someone who’s as active as you say u are. I’d highly advise for you to first learn how to track calories and then go from there

1260 is me on a average day with no restrict. I will admit it kind of makes me dizzy but I lwk just gotta keep pushing. Idk how to make my calorie number higher and if it’s higher wouldn’t that make me fatter? Idk how it works

If you really exercise 5 times a week and eat 1200 calories you should habe no porblem getting leaner

cause what I’m doing is what’s giving me my current look 😭 so if I want to get leaner I need to workout more or drop more cal I just don’t know which one

You probably dont eat 1200 calories then. Its almost impossible to eat in a 400kcal defecit and not lose weight.

bro ur misreading what I’m saying. This is what I’m ALREADY doing normally without watching what I’m eating or anything and it’s what I’ve been doing since like 2021 that’s why I’m not losing weight this is what’s making me my current weight because I haven’t changed anything to my routine

I think maybe ur just confused? This chart is for someone who eats more than 1200 on a daily basis. So if they go down to just 1200k they would obviously lose weight. my current physique is what I get from eating 1200k while working out I’m not going to lose or gain weight because I’ve been doing this for a while. Any weight I would’ve lost from doing this I probably lost years ago.

Look up tdee calculator put in ur details n thats what u need to maintain ur weight. eat below thatcn ull lose weight

I’ve seen it, it shows I should be eating more for my exercise and weight but idk I don’t starve myself or anything that’s just how much I eat naturally?? all of my body is lean except my stomach area but it’s weird idk how to explain

Too much or too little? I had one waffle w syrup and a cup of chocolate milk. And then later had 3 boiled eggs with cheese and a cup of strawberry Fanta and it said 650 to 730
