I’m 147 and 45-47kg and my calorie intact is 1210 to 1260. I do sports (MMA, track, gymnastics) probably 5 times a week so I have decent muscles but I’m not very lean looking. My arms and legs look pretty good but for some reason my torso is off. my torso is more rectangular and I wanna know how to change that. it’s also shorter than my legs so I look fat in a lot of shirts I wear.
