How do I get rid of my smile lines? No matter what I do, it doesn't get better. I'm not overweight either, please help.

implement retinoids into your skin care routine, besides getting them done and fixed by your local dermatologist the best way to fight against fine lines are retinoids, so like retinol or even tretinoin which is significantly stronger than retinol. You could get a facelift if you dont care about being natty but hey its all up to your personal preference

You're 99% likely confusing actual smiling lines which are caused by ageing or those lines you get between your nose and cheeks, I'm assuming you have the latter if you want to get rid of them eat less calories and more water, ideally pick water that has the least sodium and most of other minerals (make sure it is fluoride free).
