Get a xray to see if your growth plates are still open or closed, but a general rule of thumb is normally ~2 years after your monthly periods started, your growth plates are most likely closed due to estrogen spikes.

So you was probably genetically gifted to be short, which isn't really a problem for women dating-wise compared to men, for example. If it's about self-perception, you'll need to accept it because i don't think you'll get a LL surgery like men.

The only thing you can get to add few centimeters is fixing your scoliosis through surgery, which is invasive if i remember correctly.
