Eat once a day and sleep when you’re hungry.

For that one meal just eat steak and/or chicken with salad. The salad can’t be this white ppl creamy bullshit. Vinegar is a good dressing

u can take a fuck ton of tirz or reta and just starve lowkey but you’ll feel like shit and prob look like shit till you’ve lost enough and can then eat and build muscle. that’s if u wanna do it super fast i’ve lost at LEAST 40lbs within 3-4ish months doing that. just not sustainable tho

A lot of people tend to jump to "aggressive cutting/dieting" but honestly I'd highly advise against it.

Although I understand that you wanna get from point A to point B as fast as humanly possible (I used to be overweight) you want to take it slow whilst still enjoying yourself.

1. Who doesn't like food lol, track your calories and subtract 300 calories from your maintenance calories
2. A slight deficit is simply much more sustainable than aggressively dieting
3. A slight deficit will allow you to get to your desired look because of point 2. You're not gonna last, you're gonna feel like shit, hormones are gonna get cooked depending on how you manage your nutrition, and sleep will be horrendous
4. Obvious but it lets you have a little snack

I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to enjoy getting from point A to point B and to take your time because from experience trying to find a quick fix let to me gaining a bit of the lost body fat back cause I binged after aggressive dieting, which is a common occurrence when you restrict yourself so heavily.

TL;DR
1. 300 calorie deficit (subtracted from your TDEE)
2. steps, steps steps (makes your deficit bigger from activity)
3. resistance train (you're not going to get "too bulky")
4. Have a cheat MEAL or two on the weekends
5. enjoy a snack everyday that fits your calories
6. Don't starve, it's stupid
 
do a deficit of at least 700 calories from maintenance, protein AND fiber maxx, and do cardio.
 
Do not rush your weight loss journey by starving, just simply do a caloric deficit and cardio. Starving and losing tons of weight from it has a lot of bad consequences:
-You WILL look fugly as hell ( looking sick, tired and malnourished overall)
-You WILL lose your tits and butt ( don't become a self inflicted boobcel like me, it's not worth it)
-You WILL get wrinkly (even if you're young)
-Maybe the worst one for you: You will regain everything
-
There are other horrible consequences to your health, but no one really cares. If you do care, just look it up.
If your goal is to actually ascend, don't try to cut corners, you'll end up looking worse.
 
depends on how much weight you want to loose if its 10 or less then you wont have a problem starving for a few weeks and then refeeding if its more then you need to go slower & include exercise to prevent sagging skin
