so, basically read the name yeah, im mad insecure about my weight, im pretty young, dont tell me to get off the app, because im not some desperate kid, i just wanna know, how do i fix my imperfections? im average height, but im a bit overweight. my bmi is 26.3 but trust me i don't look like a fat fuck, luckilly my genetics saved me from my moms side and i dont carry alot of body fat, but at the moment, i just got surgery on my achilles, well a bit ago, and i'm not allowed to hit the gym to cut weight, i feel as if i've gained from doing nothing. but i really need to know, if your gonna say calorie deficits, then tell me a straight fucking diet plan, let's just say the calculation would be 1400 calories for if u know what im talking about but i need to know, when i am allowed to play in PE, and allowed to hit the gym, what exact excersises to lose weight fast, food plans, diets, daily lifestyles, i need to lose my face fat or any fat at all.
