So as you all know I am the supreme looksmaxxer
Everyone has asked for my technique IRL after they seen my transformation
In a little over 2 months, I went from a skrawny bitch to a wide frame chad (NO SHOULDER PADS)
Here is how I did it:

First, I did the ehren bone smash method by bone smashing my shoulders, I am not sure if it worked, but hey, you might awell do it. Next, I followed this routine, and didnt do anything else at the gym.
  • 1x bench
  • 2x preacher curl
  • 1x jm press
  • 1x upper back row & kelso shrugs
  • 1x shoulder press
  • 1x low to high chest fly
  • 1x cross body cable ext
  • 1x lat pulldown
  • 1x iso lateral shoulder fly All heavy asf in 4-6 rep range
  • Now I am basically a big framed natty (sadly) Chad, and no one can stop me. Ascension on the bottom
