how long will it take me to achieve my dream body

im currently bulking to build muscle and doing strength training 5 days a week and light exercise the rest of the time

also any other tips on building muscle would be great
 
Get leaner and it will take u like two months
i wanted to bulk for a bit first to help build the muscle and then get lean once i have it built up since it’s rlly hard for me to build muscle esp with how much i usually eat
is that a bad idea?

Because I wrote mainly from my perspective and experience as a man and didn't want to speak out of my ass when it comes to women's bodies and ideals. I am certain my "Most efficient ways to build muscle" part applies perfectly fine to both genders.

honestly i don’t even have to look like that i just want visible muscle and strength
 
Eat bit less calories than burnt and you'll lose fat just go on yt

im not trying to lose fat rn i don’t think my body is able to build muscle unless im eat a lil extra i wanna worry about losing the fat once i have the muscle

strength training 5 times a week seems excessive, not enough time for your muscles to recover
how long do you train for? is it high intensity? theres a lot of things to factor in
i think you should focus on cardio and low intensity training to achieve what ur going for
 
yeah,,, but i need muscle first otherwise if i loose fat i’ll just be bones 😭
its very possible to maintain and grow muscle while losing fat

i mean i work on a different muscle each day i usually do like 3-4 reps of 3-4 different exercises pretty moderate intensity
ive been doing cardio for the past few years which just kept me slim with no visible muscle

ah i see
if your goal is to make the muscle more visible id say train at a higher intensity, but with more recovery time. cardio is always good so keep doing that. i like to train to failure but thats up to you

really? i mean i guess i want to besides the pictures they look good but im tired of being too thin i think it’ll be better for my life to have a healthier stronger body despite how it looks

yes i agree being healthy n strong is better than being thin and shit, u said u have a fast metabolism anyway so you dont need to worry too much abt taking the bulk too far lol
