Because I wrote mainly from my perspective and experience as a man and didn't want to speak out of my ass when it comes to women's bodies and ideals. how long do you train for? is it high intensity? theres a lot of things to factor in
i think you should focus on cardio and low intensity training to achieve what ur going for

if your goal is to make the muscle more visible id say train at a higher intensity, but with more recovery time. cardio is always good so keep doing that. i like to train to failure but thats up to you
