yes i agree being healthy n strong is better than being thin and shit, u said u have a fast metabolism anyway so you dont need to worry too much abt taking the bulk too far lol

salmon ,nuts, beef, avocados, chia seeds,
get a blood test and get supplements based off that also if you want

yeye ok, but she works out regularly and maybe even has some knowledge on nutrition, so she probably wont take the bulk too far? im not rly sure what ur arguing here

yes i do understand how the gym works i went earlier
ok fine ill admit it was not my best selection for the diet advice it was off the top of my head but also i dont feel i was wrong for the category of 'high cal nutritionally dense foods'?
 
Hmm I don’t know, would have to grow ur hips which are bone so if ur done growing might not be possible m. You can still achieve a great physique with the body you have though

just run 2-3 miles every morning 5x a week EZ
 
im currently bulking to build muscle and doing strength training 5 days a week and light exercise the rest of the time
