probably gonna do a diy commisurroplasty since my mouth is narrow as hell

later on lip lift, extending nose bridge or some sort of rhinoplasty, and maybe a face lift because my cheeks r grandma rn

already did trimax + septoplasty (2nd pic is sub5 me pre op pls point and laugh LOL) and currently have braces, my eyebrows are raised in front facing pic because i look bitchy with them unraised

how much would they benefit me if ur kind enough to say and are there any other things i should do? haircut advice would be greatly appreciated 2.. i need one bad

also if u also had an underbite like me pls consult ur like 100% going to get covered by insurance

I’d say focus of growing out and darkening your eyebrows

looks much better yeah, lip filler will definitely help. Maxilla tho i don't know what will help it tho at this point. if you already got bsso then only thing you should be worrying about is misc. fix coloring and contrast. Clothes, hair color, eye color, lashes, brows, lips, lip color, lip to nose ratio (not misc but can help) skin and skin tone (golden glow) and much more I'm probably forgetting

you can try to put topical pio on maxilla for a more projected look

Those are good, maybe consider these too
Paranasal/midface implants along with the rhinoplasty (can be done in the same surgery)
Lip fillers because I don't think the lip flip would be enough
Chin implants but they aren't too important if you do the rest of the procedures
Under eye fat grafting

And also consider dying your brows/hair darker with some face framing bangs
