how should I fix my height?

Im 14 pretty years old boy from Ukraine. I got good face genetics, for example natty hunter eyes, above average bone mass. But my biggest complex is my height, Im only 160cm😭😭. I'm very insecure because of this, all boys r taller than me
I dont vape, drink alcohol, I've been swimming for 2 years and my dad is 182. Whats wrong?? Help me guys

Still young, I was slightly shorter than my mother when I was your age and I’m now 181.3cm, you’ll be fine I think. Recommend taking glucosamine sulphate for height though, worked for me.

Pull a Darth Maul and chop off your legs. Get robotic replacements. I recommend building you own using bomber drone wreckage and any strippable war vehicles.

I would say you need to eat 2800 calories. If you start growing, you will need to eat even more
Also very important for you is doing a sport, ideally one that involves sprinting. Basket would be ideal but you are too short. Maybe swimming + other sport (like soccer/football, handball, not hockey because it fucka your posture)

my friend was not at school for 15 days, he said that I grew up during this time so maybe I'm very worried about this

The grow up in puberty is mostly like a temporary boost that can be repeated through the years until you finish puberty

idk, maybe my body is very gradual in everything, there are no jumps like others
for example, my teeth began to fall out only when I was 8 years old, by the time when everyone was already toothless

all products are high quality
a lot of meat, like a 2 eggs, potato, rice, rarely McDonalds (there is no fastfood in my town), a little of candies (trying to replace it with raw honey), 2 liters of water per day, pasta, fruits (2 bananas and 1 apple in a day), vegetables

I vape drink alcohol and barley swim and I’m a nice height it’s just genetics I be drinking a lot of milk vitamins and sleeping the only things that can help in my experience
