I've been using alot of acids and prescriptions on my face and it's starting to flare up.
my skins kinda burnt and red patches.
how can I calm it down ASAP???
Depends what you have, I used mct oil to get rid of redness cause by Seborrheic dermatitis, like the redness around the nose (not the tip of nose the 2 creases around) , around the mouth chin and neck. The mct oil helped but I stopped using it because I no longer had that persistent issue and was later fine without mct oil.
But if you want a nuclear option to get rid of redness regardless from what without using a topical corticosteroid due to skin thinning or anything else with bad sides, topical tacrolimus has annihilated or probably permanently weakened my immune systems response to be overly red sensitive around the nose, mouth chin and neck, tho yes only downside is if you stop the rebound effects are horrific, that I’d rather not say what it resulted into another problem but at least I’m not constantly having those ugly red flares in ugly areas to be on at wrong moments. maybe I’m over exaggerating about the permanent immune system response to redness reduced part but works when used in consistent without stop like brushing your teeth, but how topical tacrolimus works is not something to take lightly or be clumsy, the same way you wouldn’t lather 100 pea drops of tazarotene onto your face
Other than topicals there are methods through supplementmaxxing, GH optimizing, and other stuff that can help with redness. Hgh ascends good for skin, hair, and having thicker skin giving away that Low T thin skin look with sensitive reaction to getting red easily by simply even a touch of a feather
But also if your using acids non prescribed, stop that, anything that’s “acid” shouldn’t ever go on your face, (Learned from failed experiment of using DIY topical valproic acid to fix my megamind head and hairline, and instead weeks later caused the skin on my scalp to slip off and bleed easily like icecream, but instead of a sweat treat running down it was blood on every angle) yes azelaic acid and benzoyl peroxide or wtv others is cope, yes I’ve used it and dermatologist love recommending that poison shi to descend you, yes doing your own homemade DIY microneedling sessions once monthly mogs all skincares in existence and without having to pay hella to a professional when you can easily do it at home. Idk exactly what your prescriptions are so idk what’s the main reason for redness and burning, but normally all skincare’s are cope except topical Tretinoin and tazarotene and DIY microneedling. Depending what skin condition you have cause there also exists fungi and bacterial skin problems that are easy solutions if you know Pharmamaxxing, burning maybe from chemicals peels which is cope only old white woman do.
Red patches can be anything so idk
Normally initial loading of prescribed skin meds cause redness and dryness, but after months of using tretinoin the skin will adjust to your newly formed collagen skin barrier until you move on to the final boss called tazarotene
Tho idk exactly what it is your using or doing so idk
But I’ll say tho that how skincare is actually done correctly Non cope is different than what skincare scam companies and the media promote, my cleanser and exfoliater is something called

water splashed on face

, and rubbed with a towel with temporary redness but not really damaging anything and still having better skin than someone with a 7 step cope skin routine
I’ve only had 1 prescribed skincare topical med, but the main drivers thatve solved everything on me and so can all of you is to become a supplementmaxxer and pharmamaxxer (and do DIY professional tier skin microneedling at home)
