Serious How to fix antegoinal notch

dermal fillers pretty much all u can do. or a more extensive surgery

Could I be able to cut the notch off
i think you're thinking about the gonion rather than the antegonial notch.

But i don't know how long your ramus is but depending on length a mandibular angle reduction could help your jawline look slimmer

My goinon is lower than the rest of my jaw when I feel my jaw it makes a bump it makes my mandible look curved

Not lower than my chin just lower than the middle of my jaw

yes its normal for your gonion to be lower than your middle jaw. If its noticeable than surgeries to shave the gonion to make your jaw all the same level is reccommended.

yea no ur notch and gonion look alright. The problem is your ramus is just short

Either a custom filler/implant in front of the notch or Korean jaw shaving, whcih you really should not do because it will delete the flared part of the gonion causing a recessed appearance.

The notch is not really bad though as long as your gonial angle is normal. You can also just grow long hair with face framing layers to cover it.

I just need a ramus and chin and I’m chilling then
