First serious post in a while.
Sadly recently my diet has turned shit. Lots of sugars, salts, oily and fat food, carbohydrates and overall processed garbage, also not enough meat.
If anyone has recommendations for a healthy diet, I’m open for anything.
(ps.: I wont eat raw meat or drink blood… yet.)
