Philtrum 1:1

Narrow mouth

High eyebrow distance

High eyelid exposure

Asymmetrical face

Facial bloating

Bad gonial angle

Short ramus

Convex philtrum shape

Downturned lips

(I am aware some of these things cannot be fixed without intense intervention I’m just not sure what procedures are needed, I want to look more feminine)
