well first of all how do I diagnose it? like I have been feeling my left side jaw clicking and hurting a bit but not sure if it's tmj let's suppose it's tmj then how do I fix it?

a ortho would assess your issue and tell you how to fix your tmj, nobody on here will be able to give you an answer to your question because were not professionals
