How to get a better W:H ratio

My hips cuck me so hard, man. My shoulders are wide, my waist is good, but my fucking hips. :sadge:
 
Dear huzz, let me share my knowledge with you since you are insecure about your waist to hip ratio

If you have a low enough inhib and approximately £120 you can afford a whole kit of aqualyx which is a potent fat dissolver in which you inject, in this case it would be your voluptuous love handles, over a period of a week, this area of fat will be GREATLY reduced making your hips look more dominant, you can also use this in your oblique area as well
 
Waist hip ratio


Thought you meatn fWHR tbh. But waist-to-hip is also easier to change I suppose. Like @angelpie suggested, go to the gym. If you don't have any other exercises, or musclegroups to strengthen/enlarge, then just 3-4 times a week (depending on recovery). Calorie surplus (400+ maintenance), and ensure your hormone levels aren't fucked, as estrogen distributes fat to the buttocks and hips, etc. I'm a guy, so idk much about this topic, but I do know that some women use corsets; maybe that's for you. I apologize if I have misunderstood your question, and feel free to correct me and clarify in the case that I was wrong

Wouldn't RDLs, and cable kickbacks work better than backsquats? Or am I wrong on the latter?
Also, depending on her femur length split squats can be easier to perform (technique-wise)
