Ive had a lot of people saying I’m a bit fat or chubby, but I think I just have a lot of facial puffiness 😭

Oh damn I’d like to read the book but 1. I’m illiterate unless it’s manga 2. The dialect would fuck me up
The dialect was quite confusing for a while lol but you get used to it, I really do recommend it

You can still try a caloric deficit long term and avoid bangs
I have been doing a deficit for a while (I’ll definitely keep it going) and I think although I should grow them out a bit, my forehead is much more of a nerf than my fringe 😭
 
Losing weight overall wil definitely help! Add cardio n idk how old u r but my face structure started changing w cheeks shrinking at 21-22 and esp around 23 so unless ur older than that u prolly have that to look fwd to

lose weight overall and get face framing pieces of hair, it can help your face look a little different.

There is no such thing as less chunby, you have a slim nose but bloated cheeks, also change that haircut, them straight hair on you doesn't look good so basically debloat and also lipmaxx and hairmaxx too
 
My friend (girl) is at a bmi of like 16 try that
If not you can get an ultrasound cavitation to burn the fat off or use a fat dissolver like lemon bottle/aqualyx

You likely just have high levels of fat distribution in the face, (likely due to genetics) but you are at 22 bmi, which means you can always lose weight at a healthy rate.


There is no definitive guarantee this will make your face more defined, however, since some people simply do not have the bone structure to have a gl face (which is why you need to get lean first to find out)

I actually do have decent cheekbones (depending on the day for some reason) I just need to lose weight ig😭
