I'm around 20 lb away from my weight loss goal but am having trouble staying consistent. After a few days of being consistent with my calorie deficit, I find myself slipping into a 1-2 binge that keeps setting me back. I've lost 3 lb in the last two weeks and want to continue this progress, since my weight is nerfing my potential. Give me your most unhinged but helpful ways you know or have used to lose weight quickly. Most importantly, have you found any tricks to suppressing your appetite without the use of drugs? I'm open to any ideas and methods since I want to lose this weight before summer!!
