Impossible, you can't master it. Focus on taking the things out of your life that make you stressed, then you mastered it,

Sometimes theres things u cant take out:peepoLove:

always have music on that way nothing can annoy yu 😎

Life realistically isn't nice, that's why your stressed
i understand that, but i meant to minimize it you couldve just said yoga sigh

The most important thing is not to remain calm, but to remain in control

how can you maintain control? The easiest way: habit
How do you get used to it? Do something several times

how do you get used to it in an adverse context? Try to do something several times and increase the number of times

not easy, I know

Change what you can control and upsets you and accept what you can't. Reading Epictetus can help with this.
Also trying out some supplements might help, I heard Ashwagandha is good for stress but its cortisol lowering only afaik so might not help with your cholesterol problems. I started it taking today so if after a few months something changes then I can get back to ya.

get traumatised so brains cope is shutting down 😁
