amphetamines are all known for doing the work, like tdah meds. if you want something even stronger go for glp-1 agonists like retatrutide
adhd meds?? I can definitely get a prescription for those pretty easily. Do you know which work the best? Is there even a way to get your doctor to prescribe you specifics..?

Have some self control; i overcame this with pure willpower

me too ive been skipping dinner lately tho

my max has been like 2 weeks when I tried
eat more protein and fiber. Those foods are lesser in calories and will make you full for longer. Helped me alot when i first started

3 small meals a day, that's it. No more no less
I personally don't think it works for most people, I lost 20kgs during my recent cut (and still cutting)
What I'm doing is skipping breakfast, eating a big meal for lunch and then only completing my protein intake for dinner. It's all about what you get your body used to, hunger levels are completely up to you to change or control.

Adult humans aren't even supposed to eat 3 full meals a day, you can fairly live on one meal a day, it's just not ideal. You probably haven't even felt real hunger (starvation) once in your entire life

n***a why do you assume my hardships you know nothing about me. All I said is eat 3 small meals a day. It's not a controversial point. I been around friends who binge eat to hell and back while I'm next to them and I gotta have 1/3rd of their portion for my job. Ive been both ends of the spectrum of skinny and jacked and both require the same which is *discipline* it's simple. Unless you have some chronic illness then you should do what it takes in order to be your best version.

Cause what you recommend is exactly what leads to binge eating you d**bf**k, you've gotta feel FULL after every meal so that you won't start snacking. Bruh

The body is not supposed to feel 100% full. That's how you become sluggish and foggy. 3 small tasty meals a day is what you should aim for, everyone is different tho. So I'm just telling op general advice. Don't snack anyway, have discipline don't be a fat tub of lard then cry that ur a fat tub of lard. It's a simple concept

hey i used to have this as a part of my ED
a helpful trick is to not stock up on snacks, only ingredients so if u need to eat u have to actually take the time to cook a meal which makes it harder to binge, as well as making sure u are full after every meal
eat at specific times, i like to set an alarm for my meal times : )
