i’m honestly not hitting them too hard, some redness and swelling when i do it. i do get bad headaches after though, and im pretty sure it’s the bs causing it but it could be something else

i think bracing might be the issue tbh. i do hold half my face with my hand but i can feel my head move when i hit it. i might try and hold my face super super still
