currently trying to lose a few pounds but i find it hard trying to get used to being hungry and i usually end up eating more snacks. any tips on how to stop feeling so hungry or how to get used to the feeling? or maybe foods that fill you up more

eat more protein and fibre, they slow down digestion so you get hungry slower

depends on your BMR? Do you know your maintenance calories? If you're 6'3 160 1600 calories would feel like dying but if you're 4'11 fucking 100lbs it'd work. You need to only cut maybe 300 cals off your maintenance to not lose muscle mass without training (more is possible if you're consistently working out / doing cardio so your body maintains the muscle)

yeah i’m pretty sure my bmr is 1600 cals and im trying to eat 1200 a day. i’m 175cm and 61kg
