I have been drinking only a litre of raw milk and 4 raw eggs and I don't feel hungry anymore I have been losing weight and should I be concerned?
 
Why do you drink that much milk Why not Water
 
There is a probablity that you have intenstine worms. If your appetite is shit. Go fast few days smoke few cigarettes cause nicotine kills them and ivermectin if can.
