dont ego lift , have a good diet and train hard enough (2 sets till failure), and focus on progressive overload. tons of videos out there for form and stuff.

Eat a lot
Always track your lifts and increase them every time

don't listen to this guy he's satan in human form run upper lower or fullbody or anterior posterior otherwise you're cooked
upper right, upper left, lower right, lower left, and center is far better and optimal

push hard, do all what you can

Take everything eat anything do anything to become the strongest

eat 0.8 grams of protein per pound of body weight daily, hit failure in all your sets, and run a 3x frequency split

-Don't ego lift an injury can set you back half a year or more
-Bulk at the end of the summer which means around 100-200 over your caloric intake
-Cut in the spring which means around 100-200 calories under maintenance
-Cutting also requires you to cut down more once you hit the level when you're not losing weight for weeks
-measure and portion all your food when possible using any application and a food scale
-Don't smoke and avoid excessive drinking (aka all drinking but during teen years the effects really don't materialize until much later)
-HIT works great and is studied to death so follow a program that has like six exercises and you'll be fine
-Food wise protein is the building block of muscle meaning if you want muscle growth you need to either need to eat that protein through your diet or through supplements, carbs help with energy levels, fat help with brain function but excessive amount will cause you fat gain which will make progress less visible
-Supplements Magnesium has many different forms and the form most people take is citrate (would recommend malate instead since citrate is mostly for gut health), maybe zinc, protein shakes, fish oil omega 3 helps the heart, ashwaganda supposedly helps with sleep and the only thing you really need is 10 grams of creatine every day helping saturate the muscle boost energy levels and makes the muscle seem more fuller due to water retention

-FITNESS IS SLEEP, GOOD NUTRITION AND LIFTING PROGRESSIVELY HEALTHY IF YOU DONT COMMIT TO ONE OF THE THREE THE OTHER TWO MUST BE ON POINT FOR THE BEST POSSIBLE RESULTS
