i only have a few fruits like blackberries and blueberries in moderation
i also do eat some vegetables because i do not enjoy shitting only once a week it feels wrong

I will not describe my specific toiletry habits, but I my habits are normal and I always have like less than 5% recommended fibre

but that just feels wrong to me. idk maybe ids bc shitting is part of my daily routine but i just didnt like when it was legit once a week

thank you i will explain my toiletry habits mroe now since you appreciate it. i have very little fibre now maybe a small portion every 1-2 days and that seems to work. i dont think i could do 1000% carnivore with absolutely 0 fibre again

yes im a woman duh my whole life HAS to revolve around trying to lose weight, thats just how it is
