I will not describe my specific toiletry habits, but I my habits are normal and I always have like less than 5% recommended fibre

Thanks for explaining your specific toiletry habits , you likely have poor digestion if you cannot 1x a day or 1x every other day with minimal fibre

thank you i will explain my toiletry habits mroe now since you appreciate it. i have very little fibre now maybe a small portion every 1-2 days and that seems to work. i dont think i could do 1000% carnivore with absolutely 0 fibre again
