So I'm 15 my height is about 183 cm and I wanna know what I should do to maximise my looks and I also wanna lose weight since I'm quite overweight and have face fat I weight about 131 kgs. What would you rank me in terms of looks and what my potential level is at I also can't use reta.

around mltn based on this pic alone. I reckon potential is m-hmtn ig idk. not good at estimating potential, especially when person is overweight.

Ngl u look older than 15 unc, hit the gym first.
 
I mean my jaw is getting fixed at the moment
can't rlly say much w/o a better picture tbh. at best it'd be barely accurate. but u have long midface, unequal facial thirds, neutral-negative canthal tilt (can't tell from the angle), low fWHR, etc. can't tell anything about jaw or cheekbones since ur overweight and picture is bad, and those are two pretty big factors.

shoot i'll tell u this: if ur past a certain level of overweight, you will likely have excess skin
unless you can build up enough muscle on torso/rest of body so that excess skin is minimal (fat chance, no pun intended). haven't really looked into this tbh. when I lost weight I was still growing in height, hormones rising, etc etc, so my body was STUPID resilient. I made a lot of mistakes I should've paid for, but luckily didn't.

ur like 15, still pretty resilient ig. but idk bc 288 lbs is a LOT, unless ur like 7'2". what's ur height + weight?
(and remember, you can always get excess skin removal surgery.)

ok real talk: since ur 15, your skin is far more forgiving than someone older, like 40 yrs or smt. most likely u'll have minimal loose skin, especially if you drop weight steadily and lift. either way it's better than staying overweight.
