Anyone got tips on how to take care of ance and acne scars? PS: anyone know how to treat neck and chest acne? got rid of my back acne a while ago and i was rlly happy but i still have a bunch of neck and chest acne.

Acne scars will take time but generally just light exfoliation and a skin healthy diet (or fish oil/biotin supplements) will take care of it

Retinoids will increase skin cell turnover and makes scars fade faster but I wouldn't use it if you're purging acne since it dries your skin out so much

For acne 2% salycylic acid applied topically on the pimple will clear it in 1-2 days usually, accutane is a game changer for acne especially if it's stubborn but the salycylic acid should do the trick
Diet changes and stress will help alleviate acne too

DONT use clay masks you need to fix your barrier, use azelaic acid 10% and benzoyl peroxide (start with 2.5%) dont use both at the same time

for scars use vitamin c and for acne use peelings twice a week and use zinc cream, just like pimple patches with zinc, salicylic acid and tea Trea oil. icing is also good

Azelaic acid and hypochlorous acid worked well for me, it cleared up my acne that I struggled with for months in just 2 weeks. I’ll insert a pic of what I used. You can get both at a normal store but I think you can get a prescription for a higher % of azelaic acid (the one in the pic is 10%)
