Low-Ph Gentle cleanser, moisturizer of your skin-type, sunscreen with SPF 50 PA++++ so it can protect from UVA+UVB sun radiation. An OTC retinoid, or prescription, use tazarotene + azelaic acid combo.

If the acne is that bad, use Accutane + >1G of fish oil + Second generation antihistamines

Acne scars will take time but generally just light exfoliation and a skin healthy diet (or fish oil/biotin supplements) will take care of it

Retinoids will increase skin cell turnover and makes scars fade faster but I wouldn't use it if you're purging acne since it dries your skin out so much

For acne 2% salycylic acid applied topically on the pimple will clear it in 1-2 days usually, accutane is a game changer for acne especially if it's stubborn but the salycylic acid should do the trick
Diet changes and stress will help alleviate acne too

Good Luck
