i need brutal surgery advice

im insecure of my recessed lower third, especially around my chin where it is completely missaligned with my lips. Im aware that my jaw isnt great either and i probably have maxilla issues. Right now im definitely considering sliding genioplasty and buccal fat removal but im open other suggestions. I also might get eye surgery.
im 164cm / 47kg and visibly skinny in my body except my face. its gotten so bad sometimes im scared to leave the house
